Mr. Woolsey's keynote speech sets up the positive tone and strong challenge to all the conference delegation. In his message, there is no ifs and no buts about Energy, we have to respond and act in concrete terms to produce results on reduction, the revolutionized application of renewable energy technologies and avoid the complete dependence on fossil fuel. What the world needs now is the preservation of the earth where we live in and avoid the irreversible impact of global warming. We dont have the luxury of time to wait, the right time to act is now.
